We specialise in locally caught fish, seafood, and Exmoor reared steaks.
Wherever possible, fresh, local produce is used and the emphasis is on letting the simple, clean flavours of the West Country shine through onto the plate.
With its relaxed and informal atmosphere, Take Thyme Fish Restaurant is popular with both visitors and Ilfracombe locals alike and is the perfect place to eat for two or group bookings.

We ate here 2 days running, we ate calamari, fish stew, scallops, lobster, megrim sole and other delicious fish. Good picpoul.
Service was outstanding and very friendly. Not cheap but the quality and service made it a very welcome place to find.
